Overview:

 

This two-day workshop is designed to provide managers, project leaders, and risk management professionals with the essential knowledge and tools needed to effectively identify, assess, and manage risks within their organizations. Participants will learn about risk management frameworks, techniques for risk assessment, and strategies for mitigating risks. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and practical exercises, attendees will develop the skills necessary to create and implement robust risk management plans.

  • Techniques for risk identification (e.g., brainstorming, checklists, SWOT analysis)
  • Types of risks (strategic, operational, financial, compliance, etc.)
  • Documenting identified risks

 

3. Risk Assessment

  • Qualitative risk assessment methods (e.g., risk matrices, probability-impact diagrams)
  • Quantitative risk assessment methods (e.g., statistical analysis, Monte Carlo simulation)

3. Monitoring and Reviewing Risks

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) for risk management
  • Continuous improvement of risk management practices

 

4. Crisis Management and Contingency Planning

5. Risk Management Case Studies
